Well there’s the Dick Cheney school of lying where you torture any one who demands the truth from you.
There is the George Bush/Sarah Palin school of lying where you just change the English language on the fly to suit your purpose. By the way Sarah, we have a word in English which describes what you are doing when you cease to perform a service that you contracted to do before the period you contracted for is over. And further more Sarah, the truth at least doesn’t sound stupid. Just tell people you want to go after the cash–like that book deal–and you can’t afford to keep fighting frivolous law suits. Was that so hard?
