It is generally accepted that those who hire porn stars generally do it so that the porn star will perform sex acts. It was therefore puzzling when a porn star was hired to perform sex scenes– that is to say, simulated sex–in a mainstream movie and then those scenes were deleted. What’s up with that?

An open Letter to Dubya:

Dear Idiot:

Starting an illegal war and unnecessary war with a nation that did not threaten us was the greatest single threat to our national security ever committed by a commander in chief. The second greatest blunder in American history was when you tortured people in furtherance of an illegal war. Let us hope that history is kind to you and that future historians will just wonder why you never got the War Crimes Trials and Impeachment you so richly deserved. If history is not kind then you will be branded a Satan Worshiping Nazi War Criminal for all time.

Guantanamo and other tricks and ruses you used to try to get away with violating international and US law should certainly go in the hall of shame. Enjoy your retirement you worthless loser.

Free software on the internet is sometimes called freeware. At another level there is shareware. In theory you pay nothing for freeware but you are supposed to donate to the cause on shareware. After all, the developers of shareware need something for their time.

The next level is trial software. Use trial software if you have a one time thing that needs doing, so it doesn’t make any sense to buy the software.
