I have occasionally said that neo-cons have turned the conservative party into the torture party. A party whose only goal was to seek out those of differing races and religions than the powerhouses in the party and torture them. Alas I was remiss. What I should have said is that neo-cons have turned the conservatives in to a torture and domestic spying party. For the conservatives, the constitution is a roll of toilet paper which they abuse every day.
Who does it hurt if we spit on your rights to privacy and due process shout the conservatives. You weren’t using those rights any. And besides, we are askeered of the terrorists which means we torture anyone we want anytime we want and YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS!!!
Conservatives use September 11th as an excuse to trash all our rights an abuse all our freedoms. And yet true security such as building a fence along our southern border or Energy Independence, they never get around to. The worship fascism.
